Conveyor maintenance
For many years we have been contracting to carry out preventative maintenance and repairs on our conveyors and others. These contracts are both formal and casual depending on the site.Machine rebuilds
We often purchase old machines and overhaul or modify them to suit a new customer. We overhaul and modify depalletisers, palletisers, conveyors, dividers, pallet dispensers/ stackers, carton overpackers, platforms and special purpose machines.We don't usually get involved with fillers or labellers, preferring to leave this work to the specialists.
Installations
We will quote to install a complete line, new packing machine, filler, labeler, depalletiser, palletiser or conveyor system etc supplied by a third party. We have no specific alliances so are consequently very flexible in whom we work alongside.General engineering and piece work
Our workshop is well equipped for sheetmetal work. We have a 3mtr CNC Press Brake and a 3mtr NC guillotine. These complement our NC finger folder, numerous Tig, Mig, Arc and Gas welding plants, Plasma cutter and the usual array of hand tools, grinders etc.
We also operate a jobbing machine shop with 2 lathes and a heavy duty Cincinnatti mill. Any work more suited to CNC machining is sent to subcontractors.
Platform fabrication and mild steel structural work is also undertaken
